REFUND POLICY

At Hikari, we take great care in ensuring every product reaches you in perfect condition.
Each order is carefully packed and checked before shipping.
However, should you encounter any issues, we’ll do our best to make things right.

1. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We only accept refunds or replacements for items that:

Arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake or courier mishandling.

Are reported within 7 days of receiving the order. To be eligible, please provide:

Your order number,

Photo evidence of the product and packaging, and

- A brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your request and get back to you promptly.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for:

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

Returns due to change of mind or personal scent preference

Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity, as individual responses may vary

We encourage you to review the product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

3. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, we will:

Process the refund to your original payment method or via bank transfer

Notify you once the transaction has been completed

Please allow 7–14 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Damaged Items During Delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos of:

The outer parcel packaging

The damaged product(s)

The shipping label showing your details

We will assist you in arranging a replacement or refund.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer product exchanges.
If you received a defective item, it will be replaced with the same product.
