All orders are processed within 24–48 hours once payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
2. Shipping Partner
We deliver through trusted courier services such as Citylink Express and other reputable logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery across Malaysia.
At the moment, Hikari ships within Malaysia only.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
- West Malaysia: 2–4 working days
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 working days
Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or courier operations.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and total order weight.
From time to time, Hikari may offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly stated during checkout or on our website.
5. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@hikari.com.my with your order number and proof of issue (photo evidence if applicable).
We will do our best to assist in resolving the matter with our courier partners.
Please note that once a parcel has been shipped, it is under the responsibility of the courier service, and any delays beyond our control may require additional processing time.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
Hikari is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize an error after placing your order, kindly contact us within 12 hours with your correct details.
7. Self-Collection or Event Pick-up
From time to time, Hikari may offer self-collection or pop-up pick-up options during events or exhibitions.
